Aldie HF (AFCO 5279) is a slightly alkaline, high foaming oil and grease remover designed for use in the beverage, dairy, meat and poultry industries. It does not contain any caustic or chlorine. AFCO 5279 is a blend of surfactants, solvents & emulsifiers, and is ideal for the rapid emulsification of oils and grease. AFCO 5279 can be used for foam or manual cleaning.
