AFCO 5106 is a heavy duty liquid alkaline cleaner designed for CIP cleaning of food processing equipment in dairies, cheese plants, breweries, and in other food processing plants. AFCO 5106 is low foaming and combines alkalis and special water softening agents for use in CIP systems.
