BCAL 100 (AFCO 5368) is a heavy-duty liquid alkaline C.I.P. cleaner designed for the circulation, soak, and spray cleaning of food processing equipment in dairies, cheese plants, breweries, and in other food processing plants. AFCO 5368 is low foaming and combines alkalis and special water softening agents for use in C.I.P. systems. It is highly chelated to prevent hard water deposits leaving stainless steel surfaces bright and shiny.
