Britemore LF (AFCO 3373) is a low foaming, powdered, caustic cleaner specifically designed for the CIP cleaning of soils encountered in dairies, breweries, meat and poultry plants, and in other food processing plants. AFCO 3373 is a blend of alkalies, water softening agents, and surfactants which controls water hardness, reduces film and scale formation on equipment, controls foam, and improves wetting, rinsing, and soil penetration. In addition to CIP cleaning, AFCO 3373 can be used for bottle washing, fryer cleaning, boil outs, and smokehouse cleaning.
