HyperClean Flash (AFCO 5217) is a concentrated, low foaming product which is specifically designed for addition to basic caustic products for single step cleaning of evaporators, pasteurizers, and bottle washers. AFCO 5217 is a blend water conditioning agents and surfactants which helps control water hardness, eliminates film and scale build-up on equipment, controls foam, and improves wetting, rinsing, and soil penetration. Adding AFCO 5217 to basic caustic cleaners for one step C.I.P. cleaning will reduce water consumption and the use of acid cleaners. Using AFCO 5217 as an additive for one step C.I.P. cleaning will result in reduced cleaning time and increased processing time.
