HyperClean Stellar (AFCO 3338) is a low foaming, powdered, caustic C.I.P. cleaner specifically designed for the single step cleaning of evaporators, pasteurizers, and bottle washers. AFCO 3338 is a blend of alkalies, water softening agents, and surfactants which controls water hardness, eliminates film and scale formation on equipment, controls foam, and improves wetting, rinsing, and soil penetration. Because it eliminates film and scale formation, it reduces the need for the use of acids and also reduces water consumption. AFCO 3338 is also an excellent C.I.P. cleaner for use with hard water.
