Refinish Plus II (AFCO 2301) is an alkaline cleaner/degreaser, which can be used for truck washing, general purpose cleaning and de-greasing, and for brightening aluminum. It contains a blend of water conditioning agents, water soluble solvents, and wetting agents which are especially effective at removing the soils encountered in truck washing. AFCO 2301 can be used in both soft and hard water. When used as directed, AFCO 2301 will brighten aluminum without the use of acids.
