TDO Cleaner (AFCO 5283) is designed specifically for the removal of Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) containing soils, from food processing equipment and non-environmental surfaces. Its highly specialized acidic sequestering agents neutralize the adhesive forces which bind TiO2 tenaciously to metals and other surfaces. Its unique detergent blend of non-ionic and cationic surfactants forms stable emulsions with TiO2. This allows TiO2 residues to be easily rinsed off and prevents their redeposition. Its specialized defoaming agents make it ideal for use in CIP systems, where excessive foams caused by oils and greases is prevented.
