Tray Wash HD (AFCO 5366) is a low foaming, heavy duty caustic potash-based cleaner designed specifically for use in spray applications and in the circulation cleaning of smokehouses and ovens. It is a highly alkaline product with unique wetting and water conditioning agents. AFCO 5366 is designed to remove fatty, oily, and greasy soils from food processing equipment. AFCO 5366 can also be used for cleaning CIP systems and H.T.S.T. pasteurizers.
