Utopia (AFCO 3340) is used for removal of exceptionally heavy, oily, greasy and carbonaceous soils from food processing equipment, such as fryers and heat exchange surfaces. AFCO 3340 has light rust removal properties; removes pigmented drawing compound residues from steel stampings and brightens stainless steel.
