AFCO 5322 is a low foaming, heavy duty caustic cleaner designed specifically for the circulation cleaning of smokehouses and ovens. It is a highly alkaline product with unique wetting and water conditioning agents. AFCO 5322 can also be used in C.I.P. systems, H.T.S.T. pasteurizers and steam jacketed vessels. AFCO 5322 helps to control foam and minimize sudsing problems in circulation systems.
