I am writing to certify that PET Glide S (AFCO 5516), manufactured by AFCO, 550 Development Avenue, Chambersburg, PA 17201, complies with the Federal Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act and any other applicable regulations.

AFCO 5516 is intended to be used in USDA inspected plants as a lubricant, release agent, or anti-rust film on equipment and machine parts or in closed systems in locations in which there is no possibility of the lubricant or lubricated parts contacting edible products.

When used according to instructions, AFCO 5516 will have no adverse effects on the food being processed.
