I am writing to certify that BT-5100 (AFCO 8685), manufactured by AFCO, 550 Development Avenue, Chambersburg, PA 17201, complies with the Federal Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act and any other applicable regulations.

AFCO 8685 is acceptable for use in inedible product processing areas, non-processing areas and/or exterior areas of official establishments operating under the Federal meat, poultry, shell egg grading and egg products inspection programs provided that it is used only for wastewater applications.

When used according to instructions, AFCO 8685 will have no adverse effects on the food being processed.
