CAT Degreaser (AFCO 5273) is a moderately alkaline, moderate foaming cleaner/degreaser. It is a versatile cleaner and is effective in a wide variety of applications. Not only can AFCO 5273 be used for removing oil and grease from food processing equipment in dairies, bakeries, and meat and poultry plants, but also for washing trucks, car engines, and metal parts. Because of the unique blend of surfactants used in AFCO 5273, it is highly effective in removing organic soils like oils and greases from most hard surfaces. AFCO 5273 does not contain any caustic, solvents, or chlorine. For best results, AFCO 5273 should not be mixed with any other cleaners.
