Foamight (AFCO 8509) is a liquid general-purpose cleaner developed to effectively remove food processing soil without corroding soft metal equipment. Product contains a small percentage of penetrants, solvent and silicates which provide excellent oil and grease emulsification and removal. No other additives are needed for general purpose cleaning; however, if heavy protein soil or buildup is to be removed, the addition of Chlorilizer Plus (AFCO 0251) boosts cleaning efficiency. Thorough rinsing is required to prevent silicate film on the surfaces of equipment which is very hard to remove once there.
