Hyperclean Boost (AFCO 4308) is a peroxide-based liquid pretreatment designed to penetrate and oxidized difficult to remove soils. AFCO 4308 is used prior to the caustic wash in CIP cleaning to improve the cleaning of pasteurizers and other heated process equipment. It can also be used in spray and soak applications. AFCO 4308 helps break down tough, cooked-on soils in HTST and other heated surfaces, improving soil removal from equipment surfaces. It leaves equipment cleaner and shinier by removing the cooked-on proteinaceous soils, as well as fats and carbohydrates.
