Micro-Zyme L (AFCO 4415) is a liquid enzyme cleaner that was developed for CIP cleaning Thin Film Composite membranes in Reverse Osmosis, Ultrafiltration and Nanofiltration systems. Unlike most powdered enzyme membrane cleaners, this liquid formulation provides ease of use and product control through the use of automatic feed and metering (dispensing) equipment. AFCO 4415 is highly concentrated and cost effective due to its comparatively low usage rate. AFCO 4415 is effective in the removal of proteinaceous soils and fat-based soils. AFCO 4415 is used with Micro-Quest L (AFCO 4420) for optimum enzyme function (buffer systems) and additional soil dispersing and mineral control (e.g., Calcium phosphate). USDA authorized.
