Propylene Glycol FG (AFCO 0394) is a food grade solution of propylene glycol which meets the requirements of the propylene glycol monograph listed in the Food Chemical Codex (FCC). It is a relatively non-toxic liquid that is practically colorless, odorless, and tasteless. AFCO 0394 can be used as a heat transfer liquid (antifreeze) for food and beverage chilling and freezing applications. Also, can be used as an indirect or direct food additive in processes requiring propylene glycol which meets FCC requirements.
