SHK (AFCO 5367) is a non-foaming, heavy duty caustic potash-based cleaner designed specifically for the circulation cleaning of smokehouses and ovens. It is a highly alkaline product with unique water conditioning agents. AFCO 5367 is designed to remove fatty, oily, and greasy soils from food processing equipment. AFCO 5367 can also be used in CIP systems and, H.T.S.T. pasteurizers.
