Solo-Gel Oven Cleaner (AFCO 2601) is a highly alkaline, ready-to-use, thickened liquid oven cleaner designed for removing tough, burned on greases and highly carbonized soils from ovens and smokehouses. Because it contains a proprietary blend of surfactants, AFCO 2601 rapidly penetrates burned on soils, saving both time and money.
