TR-122 CCS (AFCO 3135) is a fine white granular product containing a reaction catalyst designed to prevent the harmful effects of pitting and rusting due to dissolved oxygen attack. This product absorbs the dissolved oxygen found in all waters hence reducing the tendency for oxygen attack on waterside surfaces. AFCO 3135 contains a special catalyst to help speed the chemical reaction in the boiler thus insuring speed and efficiency. In installations where mechanical deaerators are employed, AFCO 3135 should be employed to effect removal of the last traces of oxygen.
