Whistle Clean (AFCO 3451) is a highly alkaline chlorinated granular cleaner balanced with an emulsifier and penetrating system to produce quick effective results. It is designed to be used for circulation cleaning of plastic and stainless-steel lines, vessels and vats. It can also be used for stainless steel parts cleaning and as a soak or low-pressure spray cleaner.
