I am writing to certify that Floor Boss (AFCO 3571), manufactured by AFCO, 550 Development Avenue, Chambersburg, PA 17201, complies with the Federal Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act and any other applicable regulations.

AFCO 3571 is intended for use as a cleaner and deodorizer on wet and dry floors. When used on dry floors, a water rinse is not required. Wet floors on which AFCO 3571 has been applied should be rinsed with potable water.

When used according to instructions, AFCO 3571 will have no adverse effects on the food being processed.

AFCO 3571 is free from undesirable microorganisms and is safe under the conditions of use.
