AFCO 8757 is acceptable for use in soak tanks or with mechanical cleaning devices in all departments of official establishments operating under the Federal meat, poultry, shell egg grading, and egg product inspection programs. All food products and packaging materials must be removed from the room or carefully protected. Such compounds may be used as a heavy-duty cleaner designed to clean and remove highly soiled equipment and must be rinsed thoroughly with potable water.
