To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to certify that Micro-Wet AE (AFCO 1077), manufactured by AFCO, 800 Development Avenue, Chambersburg, PA 17201, complies with the Federal Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act and any other applicable regulations.
AFCO 1077 is intended for use in cleaning food contact equipment. Equipment cleaned with solutions containing AFCO 1077, shall be subjected to a thorough rinse of potable water before processing is resumed.
When used according to instructions, AFCO 1077 will have no adverse effects on the foods being processed

Micro-Wet AE
Micro-Wet AE (AFCO 1077) is a detergent additive for cleaning MF, RO, and UF membranes. It is based on an alcohol ethoxylate surfactant and is designed to help in emulsifying fatty soils. In addition, AFCO 1077 provides detergency to improve the performance of the cleaning solution. AFCO 1077 is readily biodegradable. It does not contain any nonylphenol ethoxylates (NPE’s) or octylphenol ethoxylates (OPE’s).
